Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ESTIMATE ENGINE makes no guarantees regarding the number of showed estimates, jobs won, revenue, or business growth. Results vary based on market conditions, competition, and other factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESTIMATE ENGINE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ESTIMATE ENGINE from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Ohio.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following modifications constitutes acceptance.
